One on one Personal Training sessions are now
available!
After an initial consultation and an exercise
readiness assessment, your lifestyle and goals will be discussed and bespoke
training sessions will be designed to suit your needs, for
example:
The training sessions are designed
specifically for you and include a warm-up
and cool-down - clients are guided through suitable stretch
routines to maintain safe and effective training.
Nutritional advice
can also be provided to assist you with working towards your goals.

James is our lead trainer and is a qualified Master Trainer (Fitness
Cert 3 + 4) at the Australian Institute
of Fitness
James played representative county rugby for six years for
Cheshire, England, won 2 British Universities Sports Association
Gold Rowing Medals, Nottingham, England and is currently involved in triathlon and cycling
in Melbourne, Australia.
James is passionate about keeping fit and helping
others to realise the physical and social benefits of exercise for
the short, medium and long term.
